Return & Refund Policy

Yes, we accept returns. If you're not completely happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and the hygiene seal intact. For health and hygiene reasons, intimate apparel that has been worn or has had the hygiene seal removed cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Start a Return (Process)

1. Email us at lyrafeya@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
2. Our team will reply within 24 hours (Monday–Friday) with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the item securely with tags and hygiene seal intact, and ship it back to the provided address.
4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm.

Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the return is due to our error (for example, a wrong, damaged, or defective item) — in that case we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email lyrafeya@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
