What is Lyrafeya?

Lyrafeya is an online women's lingerie and sleepwear brand offering lace and mesh lingerie sets, bodysuits, babydolls, chemises, nightgowns, satin pajamas and roleplay costumes — all priced under $30, in sizes S to XXXL. Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging.

What sizes does Lyrafeya carry?

Most styles run S–XXXL with stretch, true-to-size fits. Every product page includes its own size chart in inches and centimeters. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — see our size guide for how to measure at home.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes. Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no mention of lingerie on the outside of the parcel.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. US orders ship via USPS & FedEx and typically arrive within 5–8 business days after shipping — most customers receive their order about 7–10 business days from purchase. International delivery times vary by destination.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on orders over $60 USD. Orders under $60 ship for a flat $7.99 USD.

How can I track my order?

A tracking number is emailed to you once your order ships. Track it on our Track Order page or at 17track.net.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. If your destination isn't supported, we'll contact you right away to adjust the order.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer easy 30-day returns and exchanges on unworn items with hygiene liners intact. See the full Refund Policy or email us to start a return.

What if my order arrives damaged, or items are missing or incorrect?

Email lyrafeya@gmail.com with your order number and a photo. We'll reship the correct item free of charge — and you can keep any incorrectly shipped item as a gift.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions are SSL-encrypted and processed through a secure payment gateway.

How do I use a discount code?

Enter your code in the "Discount" field at checkout and click Apply. New subscribers get 20% off their first order with code WELCOME20.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes — changes, address corrections and cancellations are accepted until 11:00 pm PDT on the day the order is placed. Email lyrafeya@gmail.com as soon as possible.

How do I know my order went through?

You'll receive an email confirmation with your order number and purchase details immediately after checkout.

Yes. Checkout is SSL-encrypted, card data is handled by a secure AES-256 payment processor, and we never see or store your full card number.
