Please allow 1 - 2 business days of processing time for your order to ship out.
HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S. orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx.
Average transit times to the United States: 5 - 7 Business Days
Most customers receive their orders within approximately 7 business days from the date of purchase (processing + shipping).
There are circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, we do not guarantee exact delivery dates; any delivery issues are the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your order has shipped.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the item has already shipped, please email lyrafeya@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCEL".
I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, please reply to your order confirmation email with the correct information, or contact us immediately at lyrafeya@gmail.com. We can correct address errors within 24 hours of your order being placed.
MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with extra care and padding. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged product
Once received, we'll be happy to send a replacement free of charge.

Helpful Tips:
1. Local carriers typically deliver on weekdays (Mon. – Fri.). Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at your shipping address, and keep your phone accessible around the estimated delivery date.
2. If a delivery attempt is made and requires a signature, please ensure you or an authorized person is present. Once a signed delivery is confirmed, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

1. Any applicable import duties or tariffs in the recipient's country are the responsibility of the buyer.
2. Additional costs resulting from failed delivery attempts or address changes after shipment are the buyer's responsibility.
3. If an order is cancelled or returned due to buyer-initiated reasons, return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.
